This is the photo I am using for my magazine front cover. It is a good composition as the lighting bounces off the face well without having an over exposure. The lipstick matches the disco pants and the title and other texts. This is effective as it appears as if the artist is handwritting to text herself.
This is the photo I chose for the contents page. I think it makes an impact on the page because one of the main factors is the wind effects on the hair. The lipstick being put on also tells a story drawing the ready in.
This is the photo I have chosen for the double page spead. It is similar to the Florence and the machine contents page image I have previously studied. I am planning on curving the text around her figure to draw the attention to the image and to make the page look a little more interesting.
